Private Retreat

Our private retreats are a fantastic blend of beautiful barn accommodation together with yoga classes, massage and other holistic therapies, and wholefood cuisine served in the comfort of your own barn. To book your own bespoke retreat click the link above which will take you to our booking system. Select your preferred barn accommodation and chosen dates (for more information on barn choices see 'accommodation'). Relax & Rejuvenate

Our Relax and Rejuvenate package creates a yoga and wellbeing retreat to nourish and nurture the mind, body, and soul. Sunny Brow offers a unique experience to escape from the hustle and bustle of life; connect with nature, enjoy the simple pleasures of being in the country. Enjoy a 1.5 hour  massage, 3 yoga sessions, and 2 or 3 breakfasts and 2 evening meals served in the comfort of your own barn cottage.

Sacred Heart Couples

Our sacred heart couples retreat offers heart opening space for you to relax together as a couple, spend valuable time together, and deepen your relationship. This package is the same as our relax & rejuvenate package, but with the additional focus on you as a couple. Enjoy a 1.5 hour couples massage, 3 yoga sessions, and 2 or 3 brunches and 2 evening meals served in the comfort of your own barn cottage.

Yoga & Meditation

Yoga and meditation retreat is a great retreat that will improve your yoga and meditation skills.  An opportunity to sit in presence and deepen into your joyful and peaceful self. We have on offer something for both the beginner and advanced practitioner. Enjoy 3 Restorative Yoga sessions, 3 meditation sessions, 1 x 1 hour holistic massage, 2 dinners, and 2 - 3 brunches.

Soul Healing Retreat

Soul healing yoga retreats are profoundly spiritual experiences, designed to support you to connect with your Soul and your inner guidance. These are deep transformational retreats. Enjoy 3 x 1 hour Soul healing sessions (soul reading, massage etc.), 3 1.5 hour yoga /meditation sessions, a personal healing ceremony, 2-3 brunches and 2 evening meals.
